We know we have a body we can touch, see, and feel, and so can others. But most people don’t realize we have other bodies that are just as real, if not more so. It’s funny that we strongly connect ourselves to our physical bodies, thinking of ourselves mostly in terms of how we look.

Three Mental Bodies:

Negative Mind:
Protects you by warning about potential dangers or losses in any situation.

Positive Mind:
Inspires you by highlighting possible gains and advantages in any situation.

Neutral Mind:
Listens to inputs from both Negative and Positive Minds, guiding you to the best decision using unbiased intuitive knowledge. When reaching outside of yourself, use your Neutral Mind for a graceful and successful approach.

Others;
Soul Body:
The Soul Body is like your best friend. It’s God’s light living in your heart and never dies. It stays with you forever. It’s a good idea to get to know it early on and keep in touch regularly, especially during morning meditation.

Physical Body:
Given so you can fully engage in life. It’s a temple for God to experience His creation through your eyes and ears. Perfecting the Physical Body involves balance in diet, exercise, work, play, and rest. Avoid extremes – neither be lazy nor fanatic.

Arc Body:
Also known as the Arcline, it’s a line of energy from ear tip to ear tip, often called your “halo.” It projects who you are to others without speaking and protects you from negative energy.

Auric Body:
A sphere of electromagnetic energy surrounding the physical body, extending up to nine feet. It protects you and allows you to uplift yourself and others. Some people can see it as a field of flowing colored light.

Pranic Body:
Controls breath and takes in Prana, the life force energy. It gives you energy, courage, control over your mind, and healing power. Breathing feeds the Pranic Body, and practicing pranayama strengthens it.

Subtle Body:
Offers the opportunity to understand and master life’s subtleties. It helps you grasp what’s happening around you and how things work. Those who easily tune into situations or pick up new skills have developed the Subtle Body.

Radiant Body:
Provides spiritual royalty and radiance. A strong Radiant Body makes you courageous and draws good things to you. People with a well-developed Radiant Body are said to have “charisma” and virtually shine even before saying a word.
And then in the project, I will emphasize more on each body and how to activate it through Yoga, meditation and meditate breath work.

Exactly as I mentioned, through workshops and practices we will do these with our audience.
All of this is a small part of spiritual discipline developed and explained in India.

This activity will be in line with each person’s domain as shared by Mr Khany, Mr B and Ms Sara.
